Payment methods

Collection orders can be paid by cash, debit or credit cards.

Deliveries must be cash on arrival or if you order online, you can use credit or debit cards via our website.

Packaging and waiting times

Although we try to get the food to you hot, that’s not always possible. This is due to weather conditions or length of time between packing at the restaurant and unpacking at home, be it collected or delivered. We now use aluminium containers which can be placed in ovens to reach your desired heat.

At peak times (Friday and Saturday 6pm - 7.30pm) waiting times on orders can be up to 1 hour and significantly longer on deliveries. All times quoted at time of placing orders are estimates and in no way a guarantee. We will always try our best to keep the wait to as short as possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Pre order time requests

Please note that when you pre order online, outside of opening hours, you can request a preferred time. We will try to accommodate that time but this may not always be possible. We will call you within 20 minutes of opening to notify you if we cannot fulfill the time frame requested.
